Press [Common Settings].

Press [TX Terminal ID].

Press [Print] → specify the following settings →

press [OK].

In this example, the following settings are specified:

[Telephone # Mark]: [Fax]

Press [Close].

Press [Tone] → [OK].

Press [Close].

Printing the TX Terminal ID

Set the machine so that information for the sender appears on

sent documents.

Press (Settings/Registration).

Press [Function Settings].

Press [Send].
