Troubleshooting

■ POWER lamp flashes alternate green and orange:

An error has occurred that may require you to contact the Customer Care Center.

Turn the printer off and unplug it from the power supply. Plug the printer back in and turn

it back on. If the problem remains, contact the Customer Care Center.
