Specifying the Network Settings

Windows 2000/XP

Press [Menu].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <NETWORK SETTINGS> ➞ press

[Set].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <LAN SETTINGS> ➞ press [Set].

Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <LPD SETTINGS> or <RAW

SETTINGS>.

● If you do the LPR protocol printing:

Select <LPD SETTINGS> ➞ press [Set].

❑ Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <ON> ➞ press [Set].

❑ Specify the LPD port number (default: 515) using the numeric keys ➞ press [Set].

● If you do the RAW protocol printing:

Select <RAW SETTINGS> ➞ press [Set].

❑ Press [ (-)] or [ (+)] to select <ON> ➞ press [Set].

❑ Specify the RAW port number (default: 9100) using the numeric keys ➞ press [Set].

Install the printer driver. (Refer to the Software Guide.)
