Scanning Originals into a Mail Box

Press “Zoom Program.”

Press “XY Zoom.”

Press “X” (horizontal direction) then “Y” (vertical direction) for both

the original size and the record size

→ enter each value for X and Y →

press “OK.”

When entering values in millimeters, you can use - (numeric keys) and (Clear).

The speciﬁed mode is set and the display returns to the Scan screen.

If the zoom ratio is less than 25%, a message telling you that the ratio will be adjusted to

25% appears. If it is more than 800%, a message telling you that the ratio will be adjusted

to 800% appears.
