In the Retries text box enter the number of times the e-mail

notification of the printer status is to re-try sending a failed

transmission, and in the Interval text box enter (in seconds) the time

interval between re-tries.

Perform the settings for Case 1.

To Address:

Enter the e-mail address of the person to receive the e-mail notification

about the status of the printer. You can enter several mail addresses

separated by one comma (,).

Reply-to Address:

Enter the address for the replay to the e-mail.

Timing of Notification:

Click the appropriate box to determine the condition for the e-mail

notification.

Signature:

Enter the text for the signature to appear at the end of the e-mail

notification.
