When You Cannot Use GARO Device Setup Utility
This section describes how to solve problems with the GARO Device Setup
Utility.
GARO Device Setup Utility does not recognize printer
Problem 1: The printer is not switched on.
Solution: Check the printer power cord and the connection to the power source, then
press the Power button on the printer.
Problem 2: The printer LAN port and cable are not connected correctly.
Solution: Confirm that the connection of the cable that connects the printer to the
network is secure, then press the Power button to cycle the printer off and
on again. (Æ Setup Guide).
Problem 3: The computer and the printer are not connected on the same subnet.
Solution: Connect the computer and the printer with same hub.
